b. explain why it is important to involve
learners and others in assessment: two
paragraphs: one for learners and one for
others.
c. explain the roles and uses of self and peerassessment- write paragraphs for each.
d. describe 6 features of constructive
feedback: you could choose six from: clear,
based on facts, identifying both strengths and
weaknesses, specific, detailed, directly stating
what meets the requirement and what needs
to be changed, positive, helpful, supportive.
e. explain how constructive feedback
contributes to the assessment process: e.g.
motivation of the learners, contributes to
target setting, identifies progress, focuses on
changes needed, objective process, focuses
on the learner, positive in nature, encourages
reflection.
f. explain how to give constructive feedback to
learners following assessment: e.g. verbal and
written, timely, positively, a learning
conversation, formal or informal, structured
and records kept.
g. Explain why it is important to keep records
of assessment
