In the event of cancellation or postponement, Employee and/or their representatives shall make best efforts to re-book the days, if possible, and any
amounts earned by Employee during the same time period as the scheduled shoot shall offset the amounts owed to Employee by Slippers Production
hereunder. It is understood that the replacement job must be acceptable to Employee. Further, in the event of cancellation or postponement, the amounts
owed to Employee will be billed by Producer to the Client and paid if monies received. In the event that Producer is not reimbursed for amounts owed to
Employee, both parties will negotiate in good faith.
