Over 90% of our managers started out in customer service. • Our openings: • We have two positions: Customer Billing Support or Cable Technical Support and we hire English / French bilingual positions. • The program operating hours are 4:00 am MTN to 1:00 am MTN, 7 days per week. • You will be scheduled for 5 days per week and given a 10-hour shift window in which your schedule will be placed. You will be schedule for approximately 8.5 hours per day within that shift window. Most shifts will be evenings and weekends when you first start. • All positions start at your provincial minimum wage – there is a premium paid for those who are bilingual in English and French. Home Office Requirements: • Computer Monitor – Must be a separate standalone monitor – cannot be a laptop, tv, all-in-one or a tablet. • • • • • Hardwired internet connection (5.0 mbps up/down) – no satellite or wireless. Cell phone or home phone line for 2-factor authentication. Noise and distraction free environment. Personal Computer for training – cannot be a Chromebook, smartphone or a tablet. Wired USB headset for training and taking live calls.
