The Year 1 Sem 2 courses will also be pre-allocated. Subsequently, STARS PLANNER is crucial as it allows us to plan our semesters’ timetable. In the STARS PLANNER, important information like the timing, exam dates and available vacancies for each class are provided. From Year 2, students will select their Core, Major Prescribed Elective (PE), Interdisciplinary Collaborative Core (ICC) and Broadening and Deepening Elective (BDE) classes and index according to their own preferences. When registration opens, students are to submit their timetable using STARS during their scheduled registration date and time. Core courses, Major PEs and ICCs are registered on the spot if there are vacancies available. However, BDE courses will be placed on the waitlist. Students are allowed to make adjustments to their registered Core courses, Major PEs and ICC only during their scheduled registration date and time or during the Add/Drop Period. Students can make adjustments to their BDE (on waitlist) from their scheduled registration date and time until the end of the main registration period (5pm - 10 pm daily).
