Personally, I think a good leader
is when your team loves or cares
for you. You cannot be a good
leader if your team hates you
because who will listen to you
that way, right? So for me a
good leader establishes
appropriate relationships
wherein you can be friends but
the team would respect you as
their leader, you work with them
but you are still the head.
The most important core value
as a leader that I have is
respect and integrity.
Respecting myself and
respecting others regardless of
our differences, these values
play an important role in
guiding me how I make
decisions and what actions I
take on a daily basis.
