If No, then conduct Risk Assessment in the LMRA form found on the JSA
Do we know what to do in case of an emergency situation ?
Identify the nearest of Safety Shower/Eye wash, Emergency Call Point, Muster Point, & Escape Route.
If any of the above is 'NO', do not start the job. Contact the Permit Re-Validator
