be a multi-level facility consisting of a basement car parking and a ground floor featuring several shops,
three globally inspired restaurants, hotel reception, and various hotel amenities such as a banquet hall,
conference hall, and three elevators. The first floor will be reserved for hotel rooms, each with its own
facilities, while the second and third floors will house one and two-bedroom hotel apartments. The
Penthouse will be a world-class facility comprising a health club, gym, swimming pool, restaurant, and bar,
complete with international specifications.
Market Analysis:
The hotel industry in our region is experiencing steady growth, with increasing demand for high-quality
accommodations, facilities, and services. Our target market includes both domestic and international
