REMINDER
Good day ladies and gentlemen. We are about to begin our Installation program
so please settle down now and make yourselves comfortable, let me remind you
also to turn your cell phones to silent mode and be courteous around you by
refraining from talking aloud. We encourage you all to express your pride by
applauding and cheering. Thank you!
INTRODUCTION & GRAND ENTRANCE
The real role of leadership in education… is not… and should not be command and control.
The real role of leadership is climate control, creating a climate of possibility.
A powerful afternoon to all of us here. We welcome you all to the Installation Ceremony for
the incoming principal of Panitan NHS.
Ladies and gentlemen, let us all stand as we witness the grand entrance of our Honouree,
dignitaries and guest.
Starting off with…
PRELIMINARIES
To officially commence our Installation Ceremony, let us take pride in the Filipino
Patriotism by singing a nationalistic song, this will be followed by asking divine
intervention and the singing of Capiz hymn to be led by the Panitan NHS selected
teachers.
ACKNOWLEDGMENT
A pleasant afternoon to everyone! We thank you all for gracing this occasion. We
are very delighted to welcome all of you to our school, and extend the warmest
welcome to those who have travelled from distance. I would like to express our
heartfelt gratitude for your presence at this memorable occasion. It is indeed a
pleasure to have you all today.
We are very lucky that with us today to grace and to witness our occasion are the
dignitaries from the different government agencies. Starting off with… (Name of

WELCOME REMARKS
And now to give us the welcome address, may I call on our assiduous and
compassionate Head Teacher I from the TLE Department, let us all put our hands
together for Sir. Baltazar D. Dais JR.

At this juncture, to give his message and lead the installation ceremony, let us
welcome our Schools Division Superintendent in the Division of Capiz Dr. Miguel
Mac D. Aposin, CESO V. Let’s give him a round of applause.
TURN-OVER OF KEY OF RESPONSIBILITY
And now, to formally turn-over the key of responsibility to our newly installed principal Ma’am
Ma. Rita F. Villareal, let us have Dr. Ronilo B. Tu, The outgoing principal of Panitan NHS.
ACCEPTANCE SPEECH BY MA’AM RITA
Now it is our honour and privilege to introduce to you the woman of the hour, our
beloved and newly installed principal Mrs. Ma. Rita F. Villareal. Ma’am may we
request you to come on here in front/stage for the Acceptance Speech.
MESSAGE OF SUPPORT
Installation ceremony is a visible demonstration of commitment and dedication to
the institution. To us, who are present here today, we also play a vital role because,
we, too, embrace our commitment to support our new leader in her term and in the
coming years.
And now, let us lend our ears to these messages of support.
1. Let us start, with the ever gracious and sympathetic Municipal Mayor here
in the town of Panitan, Hon. Katherine “Kit” D. Belo.
2. Now, let us have the ever-supportive Brgy. Captain of Pob. Ilawod, Hon.
Romeo B. Cabidog.
3. This time, in behalf of the Teachers, let us listen to the dynamic and tireless
president of PANHSTEA, Ma’am Crezaida O. Marcelino.
4. Lastly, let us have the person who represents one of the most important
stakeholders of the school—the parents. A dedicated president of the
Parent Teachers Association. Let us all welcome Ma’am Cristina Barroa.
WELCOME SONG
This time, let us be mesmerized as we listen to a cordial welcome song to all of
us, especially to our newly installed principal Ma’am Rita. Ladies and
gentlemen, let us welcome and give a resounding applause to the selected
teachers of Panitan NHS.
CLOSSING REMARKS
To formally close our momentous event, let us welcome Head Teacher I from
the Mathematics Department, Ma’am Tanya Venusa F. Dollete. Let’s give her a
round of applause.
