Women are sisters, friends, wives, aunts and grandmothers. Women are also CEOs, police officers, fire fighters, doctors, engineers, politicians, bankers, lawmakers and teachers. And they fit into all of these roles beautifully. For the longest time, patriarchy made women feel inferior to men. Women didn’t have equal rights and are treated like second-class citizens. Now, after decades of activism, equality is becoming a reality and women are finally able to shine bright. And so, today is an important day! This day celebrates women – young and old, rich and poor, single and committed, housemakers and office goers – this day celebrates women as they are and for being who they are! BELADS and the singing of Capiz hymn. WELCOME REMARKS Hello and warm good morning to all of us. Today is the day we celebrate women and we can do that by showing our appreciation, love, and gratitude for everything that women do. And on this beautiful day, we have gathered here to celebrate the amazing women among us. And now, to heartily welcome us to this event may I call on our assiduous and compassionate Head Teacher I from the TLE Department, let us all put our hands together for Sir Baltazar Dais Jr. INSPIRATIONAL MESSAGE To be inspired is great, to inspire is incredible. The best thing in life is to inspire others to achieve great things in life. This time, let us welcome this person who is an epitome of a great woman, our PRINCIPAL IV here at PANITAN NHS, Ma’am Ma.
