Assignment 2 - Introduction to Human Relations Understanding how human relations function—nature, purpose, and importance is crucial because it helps with personal growth and community development, which in turn advances the environment and fosters the formation of positive relationships. Since we cannot survive alone, it is in our nature as humans to interact with others. We are surrounded by things that were the results of other people's efforts and contributions. Human relations exist so that people can engage with one another and exchange ideas and adjustments in order to have a decent life. In order for many areas of life to make sense and become more meaningful, human ties are essential. Overall, because we depend on one another to survive, human relations cannot be abolished.
