INTRODUCTION
A hydraulic press is a device that presses two things
together using hydraulics. It is made up of a piston, two end
plates, and a pump. The hydraulic pump, which delivers oil
into a cylinder under high pressure, is the essential part.

OBJECTIVES OF THE STUDY
The main objective of this study is to design, develop and
evaluation of hydraulic pressed device:
Significance of the Study
The proposed device will provide a significant impact on
the
machinists
and
technical
experts
in
Surigao
City.
The
purpose of this study is to help machinists in enhancing their
skills in pressing in the hydraulic press. The device has a
great distribution to all Hardware Companies and small shops
in Surigao City.
Scope and Limitations
The main focus of this study is to develop the hydraulic
pressed with an innovation. The design, which comprises the
evaluation, development, and testing, will be put to the test
and carried out in Surigao City.

Nut: is a type of fastener with a threaded hole. Nuts are
almost always used in conjunction with a mating bolt to fasten

conveyed by a number in terms of its digits; it shows the

Project Design
The design,development and evaluation of hydraulic pressed
device. Shown in figure 1 to figure3 and the isometric is the
design of the hydraulic pressed device. The hydraulic pressed

Project Development
The
development
of
a
Hydraulic
Pressed
Device
was
fabricated with the desired and accurate design. The materials
used in this project are shown in the figure below.

the
main
material
of
the
project, the hydraulic jack is attached to the steel plate,
and the steel plate serves as the base so it is responsible
for pressing the objects downward.

Our project was designed intact in the table, the nuts
and bolts support the hydraulic jack stays in one place, and
the nuts and bolts help whether you will move the product or
lock it in the table.

You can directly screw the steel plate into the table or any
place where you can lock it with bolts.

jack when it hits its maximum pressure, this will make it
easier to the machinist for he will not push forcefully the

Operation Procedure
In determining the performance of the device, the following
procedure was followed:
1. Position the hydraulic press device on a stable and level
surface.
2. Ensure that the device is securely anchored or clamped down
to prevent any movement during operation.
3. Inspect the hydraulic jack and its components for any signs
of damage or leaks. If any issues are found, repair or
replace the damaged parts before proceeding.
4. Position
the
object
to
be
pressed
between
the
pressing
plates or surfaces of the hydraulic press. Make sure it is
aligned properly and centered.
5. Slowly operate the hydraulic jack by pumping the handle or
using the controls provided.
Testing Procedure
In order to assure that every part of the device is working
properly, the following test procedure should be done:

1. Determine the specific test requirements for the hydraulic

2. Prepare the test samples or objects that will be subjected
to the hydraulic press device.

the
hydraulic press device if the test results do not meet the
requirements.
5. Document the test procedure, results, and any observations
or recommendations for future testing.
Evaluation Procedures
Evaluation is a way to determine the acceptability of the
proposed
project.
Selected
people
were
asked
to
rate
the
performance of the device. These respondents were composed of
selected residents in Surigao City who have specialized on the
field.
Prior
to
the
actual
demonstration/evaluation
of
the
device, the researcher explained the function of the device as
well
as
its
specification
of
the
prototype.

RESULTS AND DISCUSSION
This
chapter
presents
the
project
description
and
structure, capabilities and limitations, project test results,
and the final evaluation outcome of the study.
Project description
The design and development of a multi-purpose hydraulic
press
and
pulling
application
is
a
complex
process
that
involves several stages. In this project, we aim to create a
versatile machine that can be used for a variety of purposes,
including pressing, bending, and pulling.
The first stage of the project involves researching the
different
types
available
in

Project Assembly
This stage is now the start of making the project. It
begins with estimating the label of the project. Upon cutting

Summary
This project study aimed to determine that the design and
development
of
a
multi-purpose
hydraulic
pressed
device
involves several stages, including conceptualization, design,
prototyping, testing, and finally, production. The objective
of this project is to develop a versatile machine that can
perform various operations such as pressing and bending. In
the
design
process
is
conceptualization,
where
the
team
identifies the needs and requirements of the project. This
includes understanding the intended use of the machine, the
materials it will be working with, and the desired output. The
team then begins to create design concepts and evaluates them
based on feasibility, cost, and functionality.
Once a design concept is selected, the team moves on to

are created. This includes selecting the appropriate materials,
