Mission and Vision Assignment
The company I’d like to create would be a consulting firm in not just the area of law enforcement, but in
general workplace culture. The purpose would be to identify workplace problems, finding solutions
using statistical data and analysis and helping the business implement it, with occasional check-ins at a
monthly period for six months to a year.
Mission Statement: “Connecting workplace professionals and linking their ideas to make a workplace
more productive and successful effortlessly.”
Vision Statement: “To be the bridge to connect employees and management to make a successful work
environment.”
