MATILDA-SUMMARY Mohammad 5 Green Chapter 1 : Mr and Mrs. Wormwood had a small family. They had a son named Michael and a daughter named Matilda. Matilda was a very unique child who preferred reading over watching television. Chapter 2 : Mr wormwood was a car dealer, who used to scam people by selling old cars. Chapter 3 : Mr. wormwood treat matilda badly so matilda decided to take revenge by adding super glue in his hat. • Chapter 4 : Mr. wormwood tore Matilda’s book so she hid a talking parrot in the house so her father would think it’s a ghost. • Chapter 5 : Mr. wormwood was having a chat with Michael about cars. • Chapter 6 : Matilda was still angry at Mr wormwood so she added her mom’s hair dye in her das oil of violet hair tonic. Her dad’s hair turned weird and matilda had a lot of fun. • Chapter 7 : matilda joined school when she turned 5 and a half years old. Her headmistress miss Trunchbull was very strict and horrifying . Matilda’s teacher miss honey was very sweet and found out Matilda was very smart on the first day. • Chapter 8 : Miss Honey went to miss Trunchbull to request her to shift Matilda in senior class but she got angry and refused. • Chapter 9 : Miss honey visited Matilda’s parents to tell them about Matilda’s smartness but they instantly refused and said that she was only a troublemaker. • Chapter 10 : A girl named nortensia told Matilda about Miss Trunchbull and a place called the chockey where Trunchbull put troublesome students. A girl was wearing ponytails. Trunchbull approached her, grabbed her by her pony tails and threw her across the school playgrounds without any mercy because she hated ponytails. • Chapter 11 : The next day in assembly Trunchbull called out Bruce Bogtrotter and told everyone that he ate a slice of her chocolate cake. Then she forced him to eat a huge chocolate cake. • Chapter 12 : The next day miss honey informed them that Miss Trunchbull will take a weekly test so they needed to keep a glass and jug of water. Lavender took the responsibility and added a newt in the glass of water to take revenge. • Chapter 13 : Miss trunchbull asked the students some questions. Two of them got it wrong so she hit them. She called the kids mean things. • Chapter 14 : Trunchbull poured water into the glass and saw the newt which scared her . She accused Matilda. Matilda made the glass fall over with her eyes. Matilda said that she never even moved from her place. Trunchbull left the room angrily. • Chapter 15 : After class Matilda told Miss Honey about her powers. Miss honey was shocked. • Chapter 16: After school Matilda visited Miss Honey’s home which was a small cottage. • Chapter 17 : Matilda and Miss honey had a chat about their families. Miss honey told Matilda that miss trunchbull was her aunt. • Chapter 18 and 19 : Matilda had a chat with miss honey and then went back home, At home she practiced lifting things and got pretty good at it. • Chapter 20: In Miss Trunchbull's lesson Matilda used her powers to write a threatening note. Miss trunchbull fainted and after some days she disappeared from town. • Chapter 21 : Matilda’s father’s scam was exposed so the had to leave town but Matilda insisted on living with Miss Honey. She started living happily with Miss Hone • Chapter 17 : Matilda and Miss honey had a chat about their families.
