Important Instructions
1. Registration of the participants will be carried out near the canteen of the
Institute at Polytechnic Campus.
2. The Registration Desk will be open from 09:00 AM onwards.
3. The inaugural ceremony of the Conference will commence at 10:00 AM in the
Auditorium of the Institute at Polytechnic Campus.
4. All the participants are requested to be seated in Auditorium for inauguration
of the event on or before 09:45 AM.
5. High Tea will be served at the canteen area of the institute.
6. Parallel Sessions are scheduled at LH-10 to LH-16 in the academic block
(Polytechnic Campus) opposite to the institute Library near the registration
Desk.
7. Certificates to the participants will be distributed during their respective
presentation sessions.
8. For Lunch on 08/06/2023 all the participants must commute to the mess of
Block-A and Block-B of the Institute New Campus (Time: 01:30 PM to 02:30
PM).
9. The Gala Dinner for the Participant is arranged at Hotel Chahat, Kirti Nagar
(Srinagar) from 07 AM onwards and transportation for the same will be
provided by the Institute.
10.On 09/06/2023 the venue for the lunch will be same as on 08/06/2023
between 01:00 PM to 02:30 PM.
