I hereby agree to abide by all of the following “Placement Policies” ____________
1. I agree to abide by the "One Student One Offer" policy and will not apply for the
placement process for further companies if I get selected by one company (the first
company/PPO).
2. I undertake to abide by the Dress Code of Western Formals during all placement
processes. I take responsibility to be well-groomed (boys must be clean shaven, girls
with tied hair and stud earrings) and in full formals for all placement processes with
black blazers, formal black shoes, black tie (in case of boys) and white shirt.
3. I will not do any form of communication with company that indicates rejection of
Preplacement Offer or any attempt to avoid a Preplacement Offer by underperformance.
4. In the event of the compensation package offered by a company being announced prior
5. to their selection process then students will have to accept the stated package. Any
attempt to negotiate this package before, during and after the process will lead to the
removal of the offending student from the final placements process.
6. I agree that any attempt to negotiate regarding location preferences and refusal of an
offer stating location preferences and any other reason is considered unacceptable.
7. I agree to abide by all of the Placement Policies which will be formed time to time
failing which I understand that it would lead to disciplinary action.
