Thus a house maybe pulled down when under fire to prevent the spread of fire to other houses ; a house may be destroyed,If it becomes dangerous ,to prevent its collapse into the highway Basis of Defense • In case of the medical aid. • Public good • Pulling down of houses on fire. • Safety of road user. • Self-protection. Condition of reasonableness Interference must be necessary. Process of interference must be reasonable. The harm must have some ratio with the evil prevented or sought to be prevented.
