STOP HUNT EXPLAINED
You9ve probably experienced this if you9ve been trading for over a year. Price
moves against your directional bias, hits your stop loss, then
t hen reverses to your initial
direction. This is called a Stop hunt. Stop hunts are a way for the Smart Money to
get into their positions at a better price. They will lead you one direction,
manipulate price to stop you out, then absorb your position. This will happen to
you over and over again until you learn the concepts of Institutional Forex and how
to see things in the Smart Money9s perspective.
This happens to most retail traders and you are like wtf just happened, I got
stopped out. It has also happened to me before but when I knew about SMC my
stop losses weren9t hit anyhow carelessly.

We are getting to the heart of the strategy, order block, Order block is a special
supply and demand zone, considered a market
mar ket behavior, that indicates the pileup of orders from
f rom banks and institutions. The central banks and financial
institutions mainly drive the forex market.
Now, what do

fy an order block we need to
identify where the market has moved very strongly or impulsively according to
the definition of order block above, now it also means
m eans for the market to move

so impulsively or strongly there is gonna be a break of support or resistance if
the pile of orders move to the upside or downside respectively.

resistance is now called break of structure (BOS). I will explain with an

From illustration 1 above, the arrow upside indicates the order flow to the
upside and I have drawn the
t he order block(red candlestick) in the red rectangular
box which occurred before the order flow.
NOTE: To get an order block candle, you look for
f or the red or green candle
that appeared before the order flow/ impulsive move which is explained
above.
If the market
m arket moves to the upside, the order block candle will be the red
candle that appeared before the move up example is illustration 1 above.

which is in the unfiled rectangular box,
b ox, while the filled box shows the break out
of the support zone which is our Break of Structure BOS this is to tell us that
the OB is valid
NOTE: If there is no BOS the OB is not valid. This means if you can9t see or
identify a BOS then the order block is not valid.

Enter OB trades that are valid i.e. visible BOS according to the market

Look for entry on smaller timeframe to get best stop loss

As seen in the illustration 2 as market touched the h1 OB zone, it
consolidated for a while on the m5
m 5 before shooting up, therefore in this
process we look for a good BOS
BOS clearly a break out of a little resistance as
drawn in the red box above, then the OB will be the long red candle in the
bigger rectangular box before the move up to BOS.

Then we will set a buy limit pending order on the body of the red candle
immediately drawn by the bigger rectangular box, with a stop
s top loss below the
5m OB zone, then boom.

stop loss, stop loss is money. Simple. Liquidity is when the banks tries to clear out
everyone else stop loss before moving in their desired direction. This always
happens when you place a trade and it hits your stop loss and it starts moving in
your direction, it means they just grabbed liquidity.
HOW TO SPOT LIQUIDITY.
Since retail traders see the same thing in the market, the liquidity is where a lot of
traders will put their stop losses which will be very visible to eve

banks, so simple, when you can see a clear zone that millions of people will
