Job Overview:
This position is responsible for building and implementing data solutions to drive the streamlining of
analytics reports and next generation predictive models leveraging traditional and non-traditional
data.
Must have advanced knowledge of Excel and Power BI/ Tableau. Basic knowledge of PPT
Work – 20% Internal and 80% Client facing
Experience and Skills:






Analytics Tools (Mandatory) – MS Excel (including Macros and Power queries), Dashboards
Visualization and creation using Power BI or Tableau to answer business questions and PPT
reporting
Exploratory Data Analysis (Mandatory) – Data preparation, Data exploration & Output
creation
Predictive analysis (Good to have) – Machine learning algorithms, Automation, Logistics and
Linear regression, Decision trees and Clustering.
Client interaction – The person will be interacting with external partners/ clients on regular
basis and ability to communicate quantitative and technical concepts to non-technical
audiences is expected
Strong understanding of interplay between technology, business and data
FMCG/ Pharma experience preferred but not mandatory
Role:




Data Sourcing and cleaning –
• Includes Data mapping, format standardisation and creation & management of
Master Data files
Iterative modelling –
• Managing multiple data sets and set connections keeping the flexibility and
efficiency in mind
Visualization and output creation
• Provide actionable insight through easy-to-use dashboards based on the guidelines
from the client
Reporting –
• Compiling and reporting on time based on the timelines set for each task
