Due to complexities and unpredictability, nurses will always be in demand. As a practicing LPN, I was inspired to further my education by the patient care I provided. Working as an LPN has helped me understand that there is more knowledge that I need to develop my skills and knowledge in evaluation, planning, implementation, diagnosis, and assessment of patient care needs. I have realized that the scope of an LPN nurse is limited in comparison to an RN, which would allow me to provide patients with higher quality nursing care. As the healthcare sector becomes more complex, there is an increasing demand for more expertise in dealing with clients' needs. The decision to continue my education with the goal of becoming an RN is based on the need to provide safer and more patient-centered care in health care facilities. I need to educate myself on the details that I did not previously know. I've grown to care deeply about this aspect of nursing care and want to expand my knowledge and skills in this area. Registered nurses are uniquely educated and skilled in every situation where they interact with clients/patients to improve their health. RNs bring to the therapeutic relationship their knowledge of health care, psychomotor skills, as well as personal characteristics and experiences. I am determined to complete my education to become a registered nurse in order to keep up with the changing dynamics of the healthcare system. I sometimes realize that there is a need for more knowledge and understanding about nursing, changes in care and treatment procedures, and how, as a science-based profession, things change or improve. As a result, I am eager to expand my expertise and knowledge in order to improve the quality of care I provide to patients. Everyone in the nursing profession, I believe, wants to make a positive difference. Every day, nurses, in my opinion, make a unique contribution to the profession. We can all agree on one goal as nurses: to provide high-quality care. I am confident that I will make significant contributions to this vital profession because I possess the necessary personality traits such as dedication, caring, teamwork, hard work, and eagerness to learn. Creating a positive work environment is one way I see myself contributing to the nursing profession. As a result, patients will benefit from improved health outcomes. This will be achieved by gaining a better understanding of my coworkers and patients. I will also continue to practice patience during my nursing practice, which will help me provide high-quality, errorfree services to patients, thereby promoting service quality, which is one of the nursing profession's requirements. Making a difference in their life, whether it be through talking to them about how they are feeling, what they need or desire, or just by listening, is crucial in my opinion. As you work in the field, you will discover new ways to contribute. I can make different contributions, but I want my contribution to be suitable for each situation. What I can do is begin with a positive attitude and use it to foster a positive workplace environment. That, in my opinion, is an excellent starting point for laying a solid foundation that can lead to many positive outcomes.
