The G's Guide To Personal Branding
What IS a Personal Brand?
A Personal Brand involves presenting yourself and your
views and values to the World (usually in the form on
content creation which we will cover shortly)
The key here is that you are authentic. Other people
online WILL relate to your authenticity, your views, your
values and your story.
This is how you build relationships with your viewers
which will ultimately lead to being able to turn them
into customers and earn money.
Your Personal Brand should showcase your name and
what your name stands for.
What do people SAY about your name when you're not
in the room - THIS is the after-effect of your personal
brand.
Do people relate you to business? Do they relate your
name to always creating YouTube videos? Do they
relate your personal brand to masculinity?

Why You Need A Personal Brand
With a Personal Brand you can sell anything.
Think about Logan Paul and his sports drink.
You also have complete ownership of your Personal
Brand. People cannot replicate who you are as a person
and have the same effect in the market.
You move from a COMMODITY (low value, easy to
replicate brand) to a PERSONAL BRAND (high value,
unique, irreplaceable)
But the Personal Brand goes beyond making money...
You get access to higher level networks...
You get more opportunities...
You get free stuff given to you (trips, flights etc)

Overcoming Fear
The Fear you have in your own mind about starting a
Personal Brand is holding you back from achieving a life
of success and freedom.
Are you going to let that get in your way?
IT is better to be known and disliked by some than to
not be known.
Hate means success - the jealous brokeys will hate on
you for achieving what they want.
Do not start a new account when building IG - You have
close friends who follow you who will likely be your
biggest fans. Use the account you have always had.
Remember that everyone dies. People will judge you
whether you do this or not, so you may as well work on
something that will make you life so much better.
The pain of failure is better than the pain of regret.

ACTION STEPS
Write out a summary of who you are right now
Write the core 5 values you stand for
Write out who you will become
Next...
You need to start talking about it.
Do not put too much pressure on figuring out the
perfect thing to talk about.
My content on YouTube started with fitness coaching,
then moved to Testosterone and is now in the
Masculinity space.

Instagram
Start with this platform.
You need to tell a story through your pictures: Who you
are & what you are about.
What To Post:
Daily Stories - This is your TV Show. It is low risk,
sharing quick thoughts, an insight into your
personal life, adding value regularly
Reels - These are for exposure. Build your audience
in 3 ways; Entertain, Inspire, Educate. Use trends and
polarising content to blow up online.
Posts - These are aesthetic. Tell your story and what
you're up to in life through your posts.
Carousels - These show authenticity. The 1st image
looks great and the others that follow, tell a story.
Bio - Who you are. Your business, (Copy my structure
- @JackHopFitness) and add a value statement
(WHY should people click the follow button)
UPLOAD SCHEDULE
Daily Stories (These are a necessity)
3 Normal Posts per week (Tell stories/entertain/value)
5 Reels
1 Carousel
You are showing your journey (rags to riches, fat to thin,
skinny to in shape, drunk to sober, loser to fighter)

YouTube
First videos are your origin story. The best time to start
posting is yesterday, the 2nd best is NOW. Action is key
to this game. Do not expect a masterpiece - your first
videos won't be great but what matters is that you got
them out.
Ideas:
Tell people your goals for the Channel
Show vulnerabilities
Network and collab with others
Only make content about what interests you (This is
how to avoid burnout)
Post to YouTube DAILY and don't stop until you've done
100. Once done, you can reassess. You stick with daily
output because other creators cannot compete with
that volume.
Build a Team ASAP. Video editor, thumbnail editor,
shorts editors for repurposing content, have someone
schedule your content and edit titles.

Building a YouTube Business
1st Step is to drive your audience to your Instagram. This
is your closer network where you'll; share stories, give
them insight into your daily life, showcase your lifestyle,
engage with them in DMs and Q&As.
Backend of YouTube - Allocate permission (not full
access) for a contractor you trust to go into the backend
to update titles & thumbnails regularly.
Drive audience to links. Advertise your products at the
start of your videos (most people watching) and do it
before you give the audience the main "secret" of the
video.
OR if you offer at the end, then you will have a higher
conversion rate as these people will be bigger fans.

TikTok
Easy Exposure.
With TikTok you are casting a wide net for your audience,
with the aim of driving those who relate to your content, to
your Instagram and YouTube.
The key to TikTok is to be polarising yet authentic.
Think about key figures that have gone viral.
They had polarising views and weren't afraid to share them.
TikTok works on a geographical algorithm. That means that
your content will especially be pushed to users in the
country that your content was published in...
HACK: Have someone in USA, someone in UK, someone in
Europe who all setup iterations of your TikTok account and
post the same content to their accounts for maximising
results.

How To Monetise The Brand
Now you have done the 100 days and know WHAT your
audience want (From DMs, Q&As, best performing
content).
Now you create a digital product. Start by reading $100m
Offer by Alex Hormozi for the framework on how to do this.
Your content will drive people from YouTube and
Instagram, to your sales page for your products.
DO NOT sell on TikTok - only drive traffic to other platforms
to sell on them.
Use the Links in IG Stories and YouTube descriptions to
direct people to your product.

What To Sell
Digital Products revolving around your journey that your
audience relate to.
Courses, Coaching, Ebooks, Mentorship etc
The main point here is to monetise your journey.
Your audience - because they are invested in your Personal
Brand - are much less likely to ask for refunds because they
genuinely like who you are.
MASTER THE PRE-SALE
A Pre-Sale offer is one that you put out to your audience
BEFORE creating your product, to judge whether the
market actually wants it.
The key here is to sell before you create to avoid wasting
time and energy on a product that potentially no-one
wants.
Once you have sold your pre-sale offer and are building
your product, create a community for your customers to
join while they wait for you to finish the product
(WhatsApp group, Telegram, Discord, Facebook Group)
