Mr. Albert Jerome C. Andres
Chief Administrative Officer
BHROD-Personnel Division
Dear Chief Andres,
Good day! I came across DepED Career post and saw your the Notice of Vacancy for the
position of Administrative Officer V with item number OSEC-DECSB-ADOF5-582004, OSEC-DECSB-ADOF5-26-2021 under Procurement Management Services Contract Management Division and I am very much interested to it and I wish to offer
myself for the position.
I had completed my Master’s degree in Management major in Public Administration
in Philippine Christian University in March 2023 and my bachelor’s degree in Public
Administration in Polytechnic University of the Philippines - Sta. Mesa in 2017 as Cum
Laude, and a former student leader. Currently, I am Procurement Management
Officer III in Government Procurement Policy Board – Technical Support Office.
The role is very appealing to me, and I believe that my strong technical experience
and education make me a highly competitive candidate for the position, to support
my claims, my current work revolves around procurement management processes, I
am part of training division in which complete staff work of every procurement
training is my main task, I mastered the process of planning, coordination and
facilitation as those skills requires me to excel at my work. Aside from providing
training to people and prior from being training secretariat/specialists, I was also an
end-user/procurement officer and budget officer from my previous offices; it has a
lot to say with my engagement to Procurement Management since then.
Aside from that I’ve been in a National Resource and Logistics Management for years
as a liaison, procurement officer and ISO focal, I’ve been exposed dealing in supply
chain and mastered it’s importance and processes applicable to my work.
It would be a great pleasure if you could give me a chance to showcase my working
skills and abilities.
Sincerely Yours,
JOHN MARK G. DUETES
