INTRODUCTION
There are two main types of exhaust fans in
Australia. The hooded fan vents into open air on the
outside of a building and the in-line exhaust fan is
located in ducting inside the building. For hooded
fans, Big Ben will remove and clean the fan top,
then clean the fan blades and interior.
Big Ben will also clean any ducting that extends
from the fan all the way down to the canopy. If
necessary, we will cut and install access panels in
the ducting to ensure we can reach all areas of the
ducting and fan. This enables our specialist cleaners
to reach and clean areas of your exhaust system
that other companies can’t, and which may in fact,
have never been cleaned before. As always, Big Ben
will issue a Certificate of Completion to ensure you
are compliant with Australian Standard AS 1851.6
2012.
