Cars; Steps automobile inventions has undergone since the first invention

Description: The invention of cars has been a developing process and since the first car was made. Much
has been incorporated making some cars unique and here are some of the most unique inventions.
The earliest automobile is considered to have been made a century back, in 1886 and now they have
become one of man’s most loved obsessions. Having to learn how to drive is treated like some sort of
initiation that one must undergo in life, and when it comes to sliding under the wheel it usually feels like
having been granted so much freedom. Over the last 125 years since the invention of the first
automobile, they have evolved so much that humanity has been provided with a great many automobile
prospects to consider.
For instance, people are now considering the possibility of having cars that can be driven upside down.
The idea may seem such a ridiculous one but is not entirely preposterous. It has been scientifically
proven that driving on the ceiling is very much possible.
Race cars are fitted with inverted wings. A good example would be the formula one race cars. These
engines work in the exact opposite ways that the aircraft wings would. So instead of generating the lift
that makes them soar, they do generate a downforce. This force should not be seen as having only to
reduce the forward motion rates; the downforce allows the racing F1 cars to negotiate corners at
velocities that would otherwise hurl them flying off the tracks.
So, on driving upside down, the formula one car would have to do would be generating a downforce
greater than or equal to its weight. People are not used to doing things upside down so it would be
awfully disorienting for the driver. Furthermore, the other components of the car such as engines are
not yet meant to be operating in an upside down manner.
The upside down car is a good demonstration of the high level of advancement in knowledge and
technology. Few people would enjoy driving upside down for a while before eventually the biological
factors like nausea and increased blood flow into the head causing nose bleeds sets in. In conclusion,
automobiles, especially cars have come a long way from horse drawn carriages to electrical cars, solar
powered “green” cars and even computer driven cars over the last many years. The evolution, however,
is not about to stop and mankind should expect one bizarre invention after another.
