First week, repeat if relapsed into pain
● Avoid painful positions
● Stop or reduce activities that aggravate shoulder pain
● Keep arm moving in pain-free motions
● Perform non-aggravating cardio exercises
● Continue until redness and swelling clear and pain is reduced
