Management Software and Solutions.
VMS over view
Today security has become a basic concern for organizations. Visitors to an organization can
be a potential danger and that’s why visitor’s management is very important. There is an
application in place called Visitor Management System (VMS). M/s. Embassy IT Solutions
VMS is capable of tracking visitors to organizations in an efficient manner. There are a lot of
features of VMS that will benefit organizations. VMS is equipped with above features and
VMS’s benefit has put it in demand in the market. VMS is also customizable and can build
required features and facilities as per client requirement. VMS has become an order for the day
for security reasons and is highly recommended for all organizations where security and
information are important.

For ADMIN
One time Master entry – Only for Admin
- Secured Admin Login
- Enterprise Master (Insert company Address and Logo to print on Visitor Pass)
- Category Master (To add different category of Visitor like, One time visitor, vendor,
supplier) Department Master (To add different departments)
- Staff Master ( To add respective staff, under relevant department)
- User Master (To create separate account for Securities / Operator / Front office
executives)
- Email Master (To set Authorized email id to send alert to Staff and Ackn. to Visitor)
- Options to configure Barcode reader, Auto Email report etc.,
For STAFF (VMS Authorized Person)
Visitor Pass Request
Request for Visitor Pass to VMS Authorized Person
Submit the expected Visitor Registration with Staff Name, Mob, Email, Purpose, Arrival
Date and Time.
Visitor Pass Accept/Reject
Accept or Reject Visitor Pass Requested
Accepted Passes are pushed to Security/VMS Operator to Generate Visitor Pass

For SECURITY/VMS OPERATOR
Visitor Registration and Pass generation
Secured Login
Search Approved/Expected Visitor information by Mobile or Name and Option to generate
Pass for Walk-IN or General Visitors.
Generate Visitor pass for approved requests.
Enter Visitor ID card details as an ID proof
Enter the items Visitor is carrying inside and deposited at security
Enter the details of the items issued to Visitor (like badge, helmet, shoe, etc.,)
Take photo of Visitor and print Visitor pass with Visitor photo and other relevant details
Pass will be printed on regular Inkjet or LaserJet Printer with barcode (1/4 of A4 size or
your choice).
Pass Generated alert with detailed Visitor Information with photo to staff by email and
Text message on Mobile
Present visitors dash board.
