PROJECT REAL (READ AND LEARN)
I. PROJECT GOALS
 To lessen the non-reader.
 To encourage the pupils to learn reading while enjoying.
 To be able to boost pupils' confidence in reading.
 To have communication between parents and teachers.
II. INTRODUCTION/HIGHLIGHT OF THE ACTIVITY
Despite the pandemic, Numero Elementary School's Project ReaL (Read
and Learn) continuous. As a learning institution, must push itself in order to foster
a love of reading in all of its learners.
The educational system is on the verge of becoming completely digitalized.
For learners whose curiosity is now more attracted by the moving images on
their computers, the pages of books are becoming less and less entertaining.
This does not, however, imply that they are not progressing at all, but rather
that they are progressing at a faster rate than the previous generation.
Because of their orientation, they are able to perceive things more clearly and
precisely. Some platforms are being applied, including Google Meet and
Messenger Room, which serve as an instrument in the school's "Online
Kumustahan" and secure everyone's safety. Despite the fact that we are all
suffering internet outages, there are no huge or little hindrance for those who
want to learn and share information.
The collaboration between teachers and parents has a significant impact
on learners' capacity to comprehend. Parents don't have to be reading
experts, but they do need to be supportive and knowledgeable about the
fundamentals of learning to read in order to assist their children, especially
during this time of crisis. The school was able to successfully implement these

programs thanks to the assistance of the whole school community and
stakeholders.
III.
RECOMMENDATIONS & SUGGESTIONS
This Project attained its goals to lessen the non-reader, pupils are
encouraged to learn and develop their love for reading and continuous
communication between the parents and teachers most especially in this
time of pandemic. It is recommended to continue and improve more to
attain its goals.
