FUCK VAPING ACCOUNTABILITY CONTRACT I, DEVON GAVAN, am committed to quitting vaping and improving my health and wellbeing. In order to help me achieve this goal, I am entering into this accountability contract with RILEY GAVAN, who will support me in staying on track and making progress towards a healthier lifestyle for the next 90 DAYS. Our agreement includes the following terms: 1. I will be honest with myself and my accountability partner about my vaping habits, including when and where I am most likely to vape. 2. I will establish a specific goal for quitting vaping and track my progress towards that goal using a habit tracker. 3. I will identify triggers or situations that make me want to vape, and develop strategies for avoiding or coping with those triggers. 4. I will communicate with my accountability partner regularly to report on my progress and discuss any challenges I may be facing. This communication can be in person, via phone or video chat, or through messaging apps. 5. I will be open to feedback and support from my accountability partner, and will provide encouragement and support to them in return. 6. If I slip up and vape, I will be honest with my accountability partner and send them $20 per instance. 7. I understand that quitting vaping is a process, and that it may take time to achieve my goal.
