Summary of Soorarai Pottru
(An Ordinary Man with An Extraordinary Dream)
Soorarai Pottru (An Ordinary Man with An Extraordinary Dream) is
a 2020 Indian Tamil-language drama film written and directed by
Sudha Kongara, and co-produced by Suriya, Jyothikaand Guneet
Monga. The film was inspired by events from the life of G. R.
Gopinath, founder of Indian low-cost airline Simplifly Deccan, as
described in his memoir Simply Fly: A Deccan Odyssey.
The film revolves around Nedumaaran Rajangam (Suriya), the son of
a school teacher (Poo Ramu) in a Madurai village, who decides to
start a low-cost airline that can be aspirational for even the less
privileged. But with his inspiration, Paresh Goswami (Paresh Rawal),
a leader in the aviation industry, trying his best to ensure that this
dream doesn't take off.
The rest of the story is about how Maara holds onto his dream of
making flying affordable and flies high but the journey isn’t as
smooth as one can imagine.
I cannot relate this story with my life, but some of the characteristics
of the lead character Nedumaaran Rajangam attracts me which are
quoted below:

charged in actively managed funds. So that keep to a successful board

Clinícas del Azúcar or (CDA) is a health care based organisation that
provides affordable and convenient care for low-income patients in
Maxico.It has reduced the cost of diabetes care more than 70 percent and
clinic visit times over 80 percent by using technology and a streamlined
care system properly.First, CDA leverages evidence based algorithms to
diagnose patients for a fraction of the costs of traditional diagnostic
tests.Similarly,its mobile outreach significantly reduces the costs of
supporting patients in managing their diabetes.Second,CDA has
redesigned the care process to implement a streamlined “patient process
flow” that eliminates the need for multiple referrals to other care providers
and brings together the necessary professionals and equipment into one
facility.Consequently,CDA has become a one-stop shop for diabetes care,
providing every aspect of diabetes treatment under one roof.
Actually the bottom line about CDA’s is, the cost structure of it allows it
to keep its prices for diabetes treatment very low. It saves patients time
and money both.Patients choose three different care packages from
here.a)One-stop-shop for diabetes and hypertension care,b)Fixed-fee
membership and c)Treatment personalisation.CDA estimates that it has
saved its patients over $2 million USD in medical costs and will soon
increase access to affordable, high-quality care for 10 to 80 percent of the
maxican population. These results have attracted major investment funders
including Endeavor, Echoing Green, and The Clinton Global Initiative. As
a result, CDA and others expect CDA to grow from five clinics serving
approximately 5,000 patients to more than 50 clinics serving over 150,000
patients throughout Mexico in 2020.
Now I like to talk about the relationship between me and the strategy that
follows CDA:
From this illustration we can see that Clinícas del Azúcar or (CDA)
follows the low cost strategy and by using this strategy they have achieved
brilliant success.It is a characteristic of us that we are more interested in
getting the best product or service at the lowest cost and CDA grabs this
opportunity very well.Thats why I can relate this illustration to our life.

Goose is one of Top Brand in world fashion market.
In 2001 Canada Goose was made $3 milloin profit and behiend reason
is CEO Mr. DANI REISS takes two key decision. 1 st of he cut
private-lebel and non outwear production in order to focus branded
outwear. 2 nd he decided to remain in Canada despite many North
American Competetiors moving production to Asia to increase profit
margin and company growth 4000% in 2019. And revenue generate
from more than 50 Countries and $830 million.
The company uses high-quality Canadian Hutterite down, recognized
as one of the highest quality in the world. Canada Goose says its
jackets can withstand temperatures as low as -30° Celsius.
