Document
Content Analysis
• On November 17, 1926, the document was approved by
the Commision on Independence (appointed October 14,
1921 until August 7, 1927).
• The document served as an impeachment request for
Governor Wood (Zaide writes for the constitutional
representatives of the Filipino people.
Ray Conley case, a secret service detective accused of accepting
bribery and having mistresses, falsification of documents and
involvement on illegal drugs.
Cabinet Crisis of 1923 , resignation of five Filipino cabinet
secretaries of the department led by Jose P. Laurel. It was followed
