Congratulations to (to be continued) DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTIONS FOR PUBMAT 2 ● Academic Affairs and Co-curricular - This department is in-charge in focusing on the academic concerns of the scholars. They shall organize and develop projects that are necessary to the student's academic needs and must lobby the complaints of the Oro scholars in relation to their academic problems. ● Budget and Finance - This department shall oversee managing the organization’s finances and shall supervise in finding external sources. They shall prepare transparent and up-to-date records of cash flows to present to the members of the organization. ● Creative works - This department shall be supervised by the Executive PROs and the Secretariat. They are responsible for creating and preparing publication materials and document every AXUOS' project, activity, and program. Department of Events and Management - This department will spearhead in the planning and preparation of all AXUOS events. The DEM is divided into different units that will monitor specific tasks in order to ensure quality production which includes audio-visual design, stage design, and logistics. ● ● Information and Promotion - This department shall be supervised by the Executive PROs and the Secretariat. Responsible for making captions to every social media post of AXUOS and manages all social media platforms of AXUOS ensuring the visibility of AXUOS in the online world. ● Internal and External Affairs - This department ensures that the officers in the organization fulfill their responsibilities efficiently. They are the one who monitor the strict implementation of the AXUOS Constitution and ByLaws and are responsible for disclosing scholar's feedback to the AXUOS Officers. Hence, they also foster healthy relations within the AXUOS core officers, departments, and the entire community. ● Liquidation and Transparency - This department shall be responsible for the liquidation process of AXUOS in an ethical and transparent manner to maintain the reputation of AXUOS. ● Mission and Social Involvement - This department spearheads the organization’s outreach programs and disseminates information to the AXUOS community about these awareness-raising activities. The Department is also responsible for communicating with outreach program beneficiaries which seeks to deepen social awareness and strengthen the passion for social involvement among the Oro Scholars to create a positive impact among marginalized communities. ● Quality Control and Management - This department shall be responsible for monitoring and ensuring AXUOS officers adhere to a defined set of quality criteria that meet the standards. ● Research and Statistics - This department oversees the gathering and safekeeping of the scholars’ database. They are responsible for collecting feedback from the Oro Scholars through conducting different forms of research and surveys within the organization and tabulating the data for specific activities and programs led by AXUOS. ● Sports and Re-creation - This department spearheads the necessary preparations for any sports and recreational activities participated by the organization. They are also responsible for preparing records for the student athletes.
