We developed virtual companions for teenagers using artificial technology (AI) with extensive research
that supports their emotional and psychological behaviour. This helps them navigate the most crucial
and challenging times, supports their well-being, and aids in their personal growth. There are many AI’s
in the market, but there is not one specially designed for teenagers that communicates and responds to
their needs and preferences.
The potential impact of this breakthrough on our company:

Increase subscribers – it attracts more customers and helps maintain previous clients by offering
something unique and helpful, ensuring a personalized experience.
Overall app growth – this supports other features and paid services our app provides with the
increased customer base, resulting in increased sales across various platforms.
The AI is designed to suggest our company-sponsored services supporting teenagers through
conversations like the mindfulness section when stressed or our focus group services.
Capital sourcing – we can provide this assistance for free, which helps create a lot of buzz,
attracting various companies to collaborate with us to run their ads.
Benchmark for our company – this help in making a difference and making a name for ourselves,
and distinguish us from our customers. This is designed to support our company’s purpose of
fostering teenagers for a better future.
With proper planning and strategies to launch this innovation, this can do wonders for the growth of our
company. I look forward to discussing this breakthrough innovation in detail and the possible
opportunities it brings to our company.




Effective Communication involves the sender, receiver, message and channels with
various contributing factors.
Proper channels are essential for both sender and receiver to convey messages properly.
Sender should encode the message carefully so that it can be easily decoded by the
receiver by selecting a message using language, words and thoughts that align with the
sender’s purpose and receive interests and needs.
Points to consider when writing an email to the manager:






The most essential and first thing to consider when writing an email to a manager is that
email is in a formal tone with a direct focus on company duties and function.
It should be technical and conveys how it aligns with company goals and purpose.
As the manager is responsible for overall growth and expanding fortune, breakthrough
innovation email should explain how it will affect the company and its success.
It should be precise but informative about innovation, its significance, benefits and what
it brings to the company.
It should be written with caution and careful consideration showing proper clarity.
As mentioned in Chapter 2, it should align with the manager’s (receiver’s) objectives and
needs because the manager is the key person involved in approving and authorizing the
innovation.
Points should be considered when writing an email to the head of the marketing and sales
team:





I find writing emails to the Head of marketing and sale most hard as it involves a specific
approach involving mainly marketing and how to attain sales goals
It is also written formally and concisely.
Technical aspects should be explained in easy to comprehend and decoded in a way that
it resonates with product and sales strategies.
Possible names to give AI to draw more customers and engages teenagers.
It should involve ideas for presenting breakthrough innovation to the media and public.



Factors responsible for the effective launch of the product and how to create publicity
and increase market.
It should discuss steps for promotion, advertisements and selling points that can benefit
the company tremendously.
Possible controversies and negative feedback may arise, and measures to control them.
Points to be considered when writing emails to peers or team members:





Emotions and attitude play a vital role in decoding information. I didn’t choose writing to
peers as I don’t want information to be miscommunicated.
Writing emails to peers or team members is more accessible as they are less formal and
casual.
In this breakthrough innovation, should explain technical details and what role or duties
are expected from then shortly.
It is to congratulate team members on innovation and appreciate their contribution
throughout the process.
Asking them for more suggestions and measures that can be taken to enhance this
technology.
I preferred writing the mail to the manager as, in any work environment, the manager holds the
most authority and handles the entire workplace. It is the center of all the projects and
coordinates with different sectors in a workplace to get the work done. The person in the
manager knows exactly what is right and wrong and what will bring profit or loss to the
company. Also, being in a high post, like a manager, places him in a position to remain unbiased.
He will not judge nor give false rejections or appraisals.
