C&R TERMS:
Good morning/afternoon
In order to proceed with the collection and credit of your item please confirm the
following terms:

The product you wish to return will have to be either fully assembled or packed.

To have it in an easily accessible ground floor room of choice.

To make sure that the product will fit through all the access doors and gates.

The new unit will have to be assembled by yourselves.

The replacement unit will continue the warranty of the previous one. Although the
warranty will be extended for the full duration of time you were not able to use the
unit.
If the collection fails because the above were not respected you might be charged for
the failed collection. Please note that it is an all-day appointment, from Monday to
Friday. Our carriers use two man teams in order to complete deliveries, they will take
your new product in any easily accessible ground floor room.

The carriers will contact you in the following 2-3 working days to book the appointment
during the following 5-7 working days – please note that it is an all-day appointment,
from Monday to Friday.
