The Food and Nutrition Department will be conducting two School Based Assessments (SBA) this term.
The first is scheduled for October and the second December. There will be two Mock School Based
Assessment (SBA) this term in preparation for the upcoming assessments.
For the first
This term CSEC requires students to prepare and serve a yeast bread and quick bread with 3 hours.
Therefore your child/ward needs to practice the multitasking and execution of their items in a time of 3
hours in preparation for actual SBA.
We require your support in this activity by providing your child/ward with the ingredients and materials
needed. Mock SBA will be from Monday 5th- Thursday 8th November 2018. Your child/ ward will be told
their respective day for activity closer to the time.
