I. Introduction
Firstly, I want to thank you for your trust and belief in us; our only valid response is to provide
results for you and your page(s). This document should be a one-way stop for
questions/concerns regarding this partnership. Feel free to refer to this document anytime you
feel you have forgotten any information about our collaboration.
II. Communication
One of the most crucial features of a successful partnership is communication between both
parties. We are going to use WhatsApp & Telegram, they offer the best form of communication
while at the same time being very easy to manage old messages and conversations for
references. Please ensure you have the most up-to-date phone number on your account. For
Telegram, please add “@XXX” and for WhatsApp add this contact +XXX. We will always be one
text away and will respond under 24 hours notice!
III. Payment
To provide you with as much security and comfort as possible, we use a software called “X”,
used by many agencies. X allows us to (system of pay) from net revenue with ease for both
parties. (Invoice System) every Monday.
IV. Do’s & Dont’s
As a premium agency, we still let you carry the torch for your page(s). Meaning, that you will
control the chatters on what they can & cannot do on your page. You can change what doesn’t
get posted on the feed, what type of language you will/will not allow in private messages, and
much more. Please contact @XXX (on Telegram) for any notes/concerns/questions you may
have with the dos and don'ts of the operations on your page. You can update them as much as
you want and at any time.
V. Referral Program
We want to make sure that we have incentives for you as a client to lower the fee you pay us as
an agency. It would be rude for us to block any path(s) for this to occur. We have set up a
referral/affiliate program that goes as follows; receive a flat 5% off fee for every valid client that
you refer to us. The referee must use our services for a minimum of two weeks for the 5% to be
active.
