STATUTORY:
Rates offered by us are on the basis of F.O.R. DESTINATION BY ROAD TRANSPORT.
In the event of implementation of any new duties & levies by Govt. any change in the LEVIES
statutory levies stated above during the tenure of the contract the same shall be Applicable to this
offer which is payable by you.
PAYMENT:
100 % advance along with order.
DELIVERY:
Delivery within 02-03 weeks from the date of receipt of your order depending upon the Quality of
the Items or as mutually agreed upon.
ORDER:
a) In case of the Purchase Order is cancelled by the customer before dispatch the CANCELLATION
charges @2 % will be applicable. In case of the Purchase Order is cancelled by customer after
dispatch the duties taxes & freight etc. shall be recovered from the customer in addition to
cancellation charges.
AFTER SALES: After sales service shall be provided through our trained technicians on annual Contract
or SERVICES per visit basis on manually agreed terms conditions and Payment.
WARRANTY:
The items offered are warranted for any manufacturing defects for a period of 12 months from the
date of Supply of material. Such defects in Workmanship & material if any brought to our notice
during the warranty period the same shall be rectified / replaced at our cost. Warranty does not
cover spares under wear & tear and damages due to misuse Mishandling & missing of the product.
VALIDITY:
30 Days.
