Brief Description and General Objectives of the DepEd Program/Project:
Based on DepEd Order No. 4, s. 2014 entitled Adoption of the Modified School Forms (SFs) for Public Elementary and Secondary Schools Effective
End of every School Year.
The program aims to:
a. Improved its Learner Information System (LIS), which is ready for Updating of Learner Profiles for the end of every School Year through online
access.
b. Enhanced facilities which can improve data accuracy and system security.
c. Instant update the learner’s profiles for every Data and Housekeeping Implementation for every School Year
