Essential: Full Time Regular Engineering Graduate in
Mechanical/Civil/Electrical/Instrumentation from an Indian
University/ Institute/ College recognized by AICTE
Desirable: 2 Years Full time/ 3 years Part time recognized MBA/
PGDBM with specialization in Marketing/ Material/Production
Management/ Finance /HR/HRD, etc. as an added qualification
Min 08 years post qualification in line experience in executive
position.
Oil and Gas
 Responsible for overall planning and execution of laying of
Steel/ GI and MDPE Pipeline as needed in the designated
project areas.
 Last Mile connectivity to all the Domestic, Industrial and
Commercial Customers.
 Work Closely with other project teams & the appointed
contractors to ensure timely execution of the project.
 Overall planning and execution of laying of Steel and MDPE
pipeline by strictly adhering to the guidelines of the PNGRB.
 Co-ordination with PMCs
 Preparing project execution schedules and continuously
monitoring the progress as per schedule for maximum output.
 Applying and follow-up for Pipeline laying permissions from
various agencies and liasoning with the authorities
 Construct supervision of civil structure such as
Building/Retaining walls/ Boundary walls etc. and
development of CGS and CNG Stations
 Any other responsibility within the scope assigned by the
senior management team.
 Knowledge of tendering process
 Knowledge of CAPEX and OPEX and making budgets for the
department
 Knowledge of implementation of GIS
 Maintain monthly progress report/MIS and review of the
targets
 Experience of CGD/ Oil and Gas Companies may be
preferred.

 Operation and Maintenance of CGD Network including CP
System and CNG Stations
 Planning and Scheduling of O&M activities
 Working in close co-ordination with the O&M contractor and
ensure high level of DPNG, Industrial & Commercial Customer
satisfaction
 Operation, maintenance, calibration of DRS/ MRS units
provided at Industrial & Commercial Consumers
 Minimum down times raised by any customers/ consumers
 Smooth operation at CG/ MS & Odorizing Unit

 Inventory management of O&M spares

 Checking and certification of Contractor’s bills
 Loss/ Gain analysis of Product purchase/ sell, preparation of
DPR, Fortnightly billing and recovery of payment from
customers and load testing for I&C periodically
 Inter department coordination and coordination with GAIL &
other authorities for day-to-day activities
 Development of O&M Manual
 Co-ordination with PESO
 Gas sourcing along with the co-ordination with Marketing/ GA
Head
 Knowledge of CMS and GIS implementation for smooth
operations
 Following HSE Systems and ensuring HSE requirements Zero
LTI and effect management

 Knowledge about Fire Protection Systems and its Operation.
 Carrying out Safety Inspections and Audits of Construction and
Operational Activities and CNG Stations.
 Should have knowledge in Hazard Analysis and Risk
Management.
 Maintain fire NOC and compliance also take timely renewal of
all the required licence as per the requirement.
 Conducting Mock Drills as per the ERDMP regulations, 2010
 Co-ordination with Operational & Project Dept for daily site
activity
 Co-ordination with PNGRB & PESO and other regulatory
authorities as may required
 Knowledge of Mutual Aid Agreement with other agencies
 Conduct the Safety Awareness Programme to DPNG, Industrial,
Commercial and Automobile (CNG Stations)
 Conduct fire fighting training to employees and vendors.
 Addressing emergency as and when required
 Making yearly budgets for the departments
