01 JOB OFFER
Within 1 -2 days of receiving
your job offer, kindly upload the
signed copy on your Onedrive
folder link shared by your
Recruiter.

HEALTH PERMIT, WORK
PERMIT AND DRUG TEST
Process your permits within 3
days upon receiving your job offer
in the LGU where your assigned
store is located. Drug test can be
done in any accredited clinics.

GOVERNMENT NUMBERS
Process your SSS, Philhealth,
Pagibig and TIN in any government
branches near you. Kindly refer to
the FAQs for your guidelines.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS AND
FORMS
05CONTRACT
Upload your other requirements such
as NBI, PSA/NSO, school records, valid
IDs, forms, preferred bank branch and
requirements for company ID
Once you have completed your
requirements, kindly sign your
contract and upload on your
Onedrive folder.

ORIENTATION
Orientation invite will be sent to
your email. Kindly check the
schedule and join via MS Teams.
