Marketing is an aid to businesses and companies who wants to offer services or products that build
customer relationships, but first you must consider a lot of things like the wants, needs, and the market
demand.
For you to have a concept of what you want for the organization, there are strategic planning that can
help you visualize your goal. Beforehand, you must identify the mission of your business for you to
establish your business and how it will appeal with the customers. After that, you must evaluate the
internal and external factors that can affect your business. You can do it by recognizing your strengths,
weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. Also, you may want to know the challenges that your business
will face like the ‘5C Analysis’, it’s the company, customers, competitors, collaborators, and climate. But
what are the things that need consideration for your plan to work?
To implement a plan, you must know your capital, staffing and schedule, because these are vital to the
marketing plan you’re putting up. There is what we called ‘Exchange’ in marketing, if you want something,
you must give up something too to have what you want. But it must be a mutual agreement between
parties, there must be a value when you offer and get what you want, you must also communicate clearly
and be ready to accept or reject it. You should learn how to say ‘no’ in some instances that won’t benefit
you or your organization. There are philosophies that can enhance your business image and how you
interact with your customers. When making sale, we shouldn’t only focus on how to make it, but also, we
must know our customers and the target market. For example, the societal marketing is satisfying your
customer needs but at the same time strengthening their well-being. We see this sometimes in adcampaigns that focuses on social issues, human rights, and etc.
The importance of marketing in an organization is for the product awareness, that people might be
interested with, and help them to come up with their buying decision. When you have a marketing plan it
serves you as a guidebook that will supplement the business you’re in. In particular, marketing objectives
collaborates your team, and have unifying goals to achieve.
But there are competitions that can help or break your business. Take for example the competitive
advantage, for this one, you should highlight the uniqueness of the service or products you have for your
customers that other companies don’t have it. There are a lot of competitive advantages that will suit your
business depending on your market and goals.
In the end, we must also have values that are essential in interacting with our customers that can help us
retain their loyalty and give satisfaction with our services. We have an upholding social responsibility
when we commit to our business so that we’re not only contributing to the economic growth but also, we
take in our mind the welfare of the people. In the long run, the integrity we have for our business will lead
us to goodness while fulfilling the needs and wants of our customers
