O. Box 3112, Ubungo-Dar Es Salaam, in the United Republic of Tanzania, submits as follows: 1. That, the petitioner is a citizen of the United Republic of Tanzania by Birth and now resides in Dar es Salaam. 2. That, the petitioner was born on 27th of October, 1995 within Musoma District in Mara Region. 3. That, the petitioner attended primary school education from 2003 to 2009 at Kamunyonge Primary School in Mara Region. The petitioner also pursued secondary education at Mwembeni Secondary School and awarded the Certificate of Secondary education in 2013, and Advanced Secondary Education at Kibara Secondary School, where she was awarded the Advanced Certificate of Secondary Education in the year 2016. 4. That, the petitioner in November 2016 was admitted as student of Bachelor of Laws Degree (LLB) at Mzumbe University in Mbeya Region. 5. That, November 2019 the petitioner graduate in the aforementioned University and holds a Bachelor Degree (LLB Hons) 6. That, the petitioner attended the compulsory Law School of Tanzania from June 2020 to December 2020. 7. That, the petitioner passed the Law School of Tanzania and awarded the Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice (PGDLP). 8. That, during the said practical training the petitioner did her internship at Apex Attorneys Advocates and at District Land and Housing Tribunal at Ilala at Dar es Salaam according to the time framed by the Law School of Tanzania. 9. That, from April 2022, the petitioner has been working as Legal Officer with Uphill Attorneys Company in Dar es Salaam. And from that time to date, the petitioner has been working with the same Law Firm within the city of Dar Es Salaam as a full time Legal officer. 10. That, the petitioner is not subject to any criminal or civil proceedings and has never been charged been convicted of any disciplinary or criminal offence. 11. That, your petitioner has never been declared bankrupt and therefore not subject to any bankruptcy proceedings in the United Republic of Tanzania. 12. That, your petitioner humbly submits in support of her petition the follows documents: a) The certified copy of Birth Certificate which is annexed herewith and marked as “Annexture A- 1”. b) The certified copy of certificate of secondary education marked herein as “Annexture A- 2”. c) The certified copy of Certificate of Advanced Secondary education marked herein as “Annexture A-3”. d) The certified Copies of Bachelor of laws Degree Certificate and Transcript of examination results from Mzumbe University are annexed herein and collectively marked as “Annexture A-4”. e) The certified copies of academic transcript and certificate from the law school of Tanzania are annexed herein and collectively marked as “Annexture A-5”. f) A certificate in respect of your humble petitioner’s character and introduction letter prepared by Advocate Uphill Attorneys Company is herewith annexed and marked as “Annexture A-5”. WHEREAS, the petitioner has complied with the legal requirement for admission and enrolment as an Advocate of the High Court of Tanzania and Court Subordinate thereto. AND WHEREAS, the petitioner by virtue of the provision of section 8 of the Advocates Act as amended from time to time, is entitled to be enrolled as an advocate of the High Court and Courts subordinate thereto. WHEREFORE, it is a humble prayer of your petitioner that Your Lordship be pleased to clear the Petitioner and finally admit her to the Roll of Advocates as an Advocate of the High Court of Tanzania and Courts Subordinate thereto.
