Evidence in business context: During my time as a CSR at The Pizza Company restaurant in Vincom at Bien Hoa City, my primary responsibility was communicating with customers and taking their food orders. Once the orders were placed, I would then provide additional services to enhance their experience, such as preparing utensils like knives and forks. While I was interacting with customers, my colleagues in the kitchen would cook the food, and other team members would deliver food to customers who had ordered through the restaurant's app or switchboard. Some team members were also responsible for marketing the restaurant by distributing leaflets. This arrangement required careful coordination and communication among the team members to ensure that everything ran smoothly. It also highlighted the importance of specialization, with each person having a specific role to play in providing high-quality food and service to customers.
