I am writing this formal letter to whom it may concern, asking for an appeal regarding my denial for
unemployment insurance benefits. I did not in any shape form or fashion voluntarily quit my job. I was
called by AJ which is my staffing agent and was informed that I had been laid off because the employer
decided not to hire me. I then called the manager of the employer that I was working for and she also
told me that I had been laid off and let go. Thank you for taking the time to read over my letter.
