Resolution A Committee: International Atomic Energy Association Topic: Readoption of the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action Sponsors: Dominion of Canada, Kingdom of Spain, Republic of India Signatories: Federative Republic of Brazil, Russian Federation, Islamic Republic of Iran, United Mexican States, Ukraine, Republic of the Philippines, People’s Republic of China, French Republic, Republic of Belarus, United States of America, Japan, Republic of Cuba, and Swiss Confederation. 1. Searching for a common ground regarding the creation of a new treaty called the Communion of Alliances for Nuclear Armistice for Proliferation Equality (CANAPE), 2. Reaffirming that the countries with political differences agree to unite in a specific treaty to ensure safety in nuclear programs, 3. Calls upon the additional creation of a peace treaty to ensure diplomatic relations between all the countries involved specifically regarding the subject of nuclear energy, called the Nations for Nuclear Peace Treaty (NNPT), 4. Accepts terms imposed by the United States of America: a. Develop a nuclear program for the Islamic Republic of Iran developed and monitored exclusively by the United States of America, b. Intervention of the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) in Iranian territory to eradicate radical groups, c. Cut nuclear relations with Islamic Republic of Pakistan, the People’s Republic of China and the Russian Federation, d. Remove 50% of sanctions with an increment of 5% each year, e. Support the Islamic Republic of Iran economically, f. Bring logistical support to the solution. 5. Recognizes terms imposed by the Islamic Republic of Iran: a. Lowering sanctions up to a 50%, b. Military and economical support from other nations. 6. Declares the next clauses to make this treaty preserve world peace and to maintain the same function: a. A periodic revision each year made by the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), b. In case of suspicion of irregular activity in any nation the period of revision will be every four months until it is proven that the country is not conducting this type of activity, c. If a facility is discovered for having irregular activity, a suspension will be implemented on the facility's activities for a period of five years or until said irregular activity is clarified. In the case that the country is a nuclear weapon state this period extends for fifteen years and the weapons will be sent to the International Atomic Energy Agency for safekeeping, d. the Republic of the Philippines and the Swiss Confederation will act as mediators between countries that might have any conflict between them and want to participate in this solution, e. Federative Republic of Brazil will act as a mediator of Republic of Belarus and the Russian Federation regarding its relationship with countries that may present differences with these nations, f. In case of a country leaving the treaty, there will be economic sanctions to assure that the conflict does not happen again and will not apply sanctions to Islamic Republic of Iran. 7. Approving the conditions of the following countries: a. By part of the Federative Republic of Brazil; IAEA will confiscate the uranium that was enriched by Islamic Republic of Iran, b. By part of the Republic of the Philippines; no countries can develop, test, produce, acquire, possess, stockpile, use or threaten the use of nuclear weapons. It also prohibits the testing of nuclear weapons on national territory and the provision of assistance to any other state in engaging in unauthorized activities, c. By part of the United Mexican States; economical support from the United States of America and the Dominion of Canada, d. By part of the Kingdom of Spain; reassure that the United States of America’s nuclear program is used for peaceful purposes, e. By part of Republic of India; cut any related ties with the Islamic Republic of Pakistan because of political differences, f. By part of both the Republic of the Philippines and Dominion of Canada; Dominion of Canada compromises to have an economic trade with the Republic of the Philippines. 8. Requests for new countries wanting to join the treaty to communicate any new conditions the country might report to the sponsors and signatory members of this treaty.
