D. THE JOBS WHICH YOU ARE ASSIGNED DURING THE PERIOD OF YOUR
JOB INTERNSHIP
From March 20, 2023 to April 28, 2023, (8:30 am – 5:30 pm) As part of my college
curriculum, I had the opportunity to undergo an On-the-Job Training (OJT) program at a
reputable company. During my OJT, I was assigned to the Audit department of the
company, where I was able to gain hands-on experience in various auditing tasks.
One of the most valuable experiences that I gained during my OJT was learning how to
communicate with different government officials effectively. I learned how to interact
with clients, team members, and superiors in a professional manner. This helped me to
develop my interpersonal skills, which I believe will be valuable in my future career.
In addition, I also learned how to work with a team to achieve a common goal. During
my OJT, I was assigned to work on a CTC findings with other members of the audit
team. Through this task, I learned how to collaborate with others, communicate
effectively, and allocate tasks according to each member’s strengths.
Moreover, my OJT experience helped me to gain practical knowledge about auditing
principles and strategies. I was able to apply the theoretical concepts and ethical
concepts that I had learned in the classroom to real-life situations. This hands-on
experience was invaluable, and it helped me to understand the complexities of
marketing in a practical context.
Overall, my OJT experience was a valuable learning opportunity, and I am grateful for
the experience. It helped me to develop my skills and knowledge, and it gave me a
better understanding of what to expect in my future career. I highly recommend to
explore OJT days to anyone who wants to gain practical experience in their field of
study.
