I'm glad to have the opportunity to introduce myself.
My name’s Phương, u can call me Jamie. I’m 26 years old, and VN is my country.
I used to work as Receptionist cum sale at Prague Airport hotel nearly three years from
September 2015 to February 2018. Then, In April 2018 i used to work Receptionist at Citadines
Bayfront 4*Hotel at Nha Trang City and have worked until now.
I have experience serving than 160 room. I love the job where i meet and comunicate with many
people so that reason i choose receptionist.
…. And I am assessed as a person who works hard at work, can withstand pressure, I have the
spirit to learn and can adapt to new environments early.
I want to experience many different professional working environments. And I want improve
mysefl about langue, soft skill …. And i think SINGAPORE is the best choose for me
Another reason is salary. I want to support my family in the future than now . So i hope will have
oportunity do work your hotel. I really really want to be able to start work as soon as possible.

What do you think are the responsibilities of the receptionist in hotel? (Những

- Make guests feel welcome, manage room bookings (also known as reservations)
- Dealing with bookings by phone, e-mail, letter, fax or face-to-face
- Completing procedures when guests arrive and leave
- Dealing with special requests from guests (like booking theatre tickets or storing
valuable items)
- Dealing with complaints or problems
- Choosing rooms and handing out keys
- Preparing bills and taking payments
- Answering questions about what the hotel offers and the surroundingarea.

• Receive guests to the hotel by greeting them warmly, and attending to their inquiries and
also answer inquirers over the phone.
6. • Inform guests of the services and accommodation rates in the hotel, make reservations for
guests according to their needs, and also make sure that all reservations cancelled are effected
immediately to avoid confusion.
7. • Build good relationship and rapport with guests to make them feel comfortable and

My strength is: a good team player, hard-working, flexible, adaptable, high responsibility,
well work in team or alone, can work overtime and high pressure.
My weakness: culture when changes a new place, new country but I am an adaptable
person I will quickly overcome this difficult to do work well.

Điểm yếu văn hóa mới khi đổi địa điểm, đất nước khác nhưng tôi là 1 người có khả năng

Beacuse first of all, I really want to learn more about how to do business, how to manage,
how to serve customers in the most professional way and i want improve my skill when i
come back to VN

Second thing, the distance from Viet Nam to Singapore is near, so i can visit my family
easy. And you know, the salary in Singapore is higher than Vietnam and good for me to
support my family.

With my experience. You can see in my resum. My experience is customer service,
cashiering, stocktaking, sale or promoter… I believe that I could do well my duty. If
company hire me then no need to train me I can straight away to work.
Với kinh nghiệm của tôi, như tôi đã đề cập trước đây trong dịch vụ khách hàng, đại diện,
quảng cáo, kiểm kê, bán hoặc quảng bá, tôi tin rằng tôi có thể làm tốt nhiệm vụ của mình.
