TRAININGS 1. All Indorama Ventures employees have ownership of EHS as an integral part of their job. Employees are responsible and accountable to their respective Line Manager for: Taking an active role in protecting and promoting EHS by: o Identifying and being aware of EHS risks involved in their work; o Participating in EHS meetings, facility EHS self-audits, and other company EHS programs and activities; o Following procedures; o Reporting any observed EHS hazards or lapses in EHS management system/programs, and o Attending required EHS training; Acting in a lawful, environmentally responsible and safe manner, and ensuring that business operations and functions to which they are assigned operate in a lawful, environmentally responsible and safe manner. b) It is the duty of each Indorama Ventures employee to make a timely report to Indorama Ventures management of any injury/illness, EHS incident, Near Miss, or known or suspected failure to operate lawfully or responsibly.
