I would like to present and provide evidences against the claims made by my client
Daniele Mulas.
He has filed a complaint alleging that I cheated him after rendering my services and
is now seeking a refund for the following invoices:

In the invoices, I have clearly stated that I am providing my client with a Permanent
Paid Guest Post Service, along with the links attached in each invoice. To verify this,
you can examine the open invoices or refer to the screenshots I have provided:
Invoice Screenshot 1, Invoice Screenshot 2, Invoice Screenshot 3, and Invoice
Screenshot 4. Additionally, you can verify the mentioned links to find that all my
client's links are present in the articles, as promised.
Now, my client is requesting a refund based on a decrease in DA (Domain Authority),
DR (Domain Rating), and website traffic. However, this request is unfounded because
I guaranteed the longevity of the links, not the consistent maintenance of DA, DR,
and traffic levels.
I have already explained to my client that the DA, DR, and traffic of websites can
fluctuate over time. To support this, please refer to the conversation screenshot
titled "DA, DR, and Traffic Decreasing or Increasing Conservation Proof." This
evidence clearly demonstrates that my client's refund request lacks merit, especially
considering that we provided the services as agreed upon.
Furthermore, my client and I both used the same tools to check the DA, DR, and
traffic, as per his request. He also independently verified each site before and after
placing the order to assess the changes in DA, DR, and traffic. To substantiate this,
please review the attached screenshots: "DA, DR, and Traffic Checking Proof," "DA,
DR, and Traffic Checking Proof 2," "DA, DR, and Traffic Checking Proof 3," "DA, DR,
and Traffic Checking Proof 4," "DA, DR, and Traffic Checking Proof 5," "DA, DR, and
Traffic Checking Proof 6," and finally "DR, DA, and Traffic Checking Proof 7."
Additionally, I have included a screenshot ("Ahrefs Checking Proof 1") from the
Ahrefs tool, which we use to assess the DR and traffic of websites before providing a
guest post. This screenshot clearly indicates that the DR, keywords, and traffic of
websites can fluctuate over time.
I assured my client that their link would remain active, and they are still alive as
agreed. Therefore, I kindly request that you cancel or reject this baseless refund
request.
