No. D211-AS-PP-11 Page 4 of 13 PURPOSE The purpose of this method statement is to describe the sequence of activities, method and other for the efficiency and safety in operation of the existing equipment is required for the FM-200 at Electrilcal control building of EGCO Cogeneration SPP Replacement Project located in Rayong Industrial Park, Map Kha Sub-district, Thailand. 2. METHOD STATEMENT AND REQUIREMENT This method statement is FM-200 piping and pipe support installation for EGCO Cogeneration SPP Replacement Project working area ECB(Electrical Control Building) 2.1 Survey Boundary of Electrical Control Building 2.1.1 Due to the existing area has many equipment. We should be survey for definite’s boundary of equipment’s foundation. 2.2 Pre-Commencement works 2.2.1 Mobilize tool and equipment on site. Obtain necessary As-built records/Plan/Documents. 2.2.2 Carry out hazard identification and risk assessment 2.2.3 Before start works shall ensure that all gate passes, permits, tools, materials for safety precautions, manpower, equipment are available before the commencement of work, and all tool shall be inspected before using. 2.2.4 The Site Team shall make sure that access roads are always clear from any obstruction and site is always accessible. Provision of access and egress such as ladders, steps, ramps, or other safe means of egress and be with reasonable distance. 2.2.5 Prior to the commencement of work all persons involved will be given a pre-work briefing based on the Job Hazard Analysis relating to the risks and required control measures for the work.
