Sit with your hips level with or slightly higher
than your knees.
Rest your feet comfortably on the floor or on
a footrest.
Sit and stand with an upright balanced
posture.
Remember, makeshift items like pillows,
folded towels and blankets work wonders for
back support, added seat height and even
foot support.
Here's how to work in comfort

If you are overwhelmed by your to-do list,
start each week with a priority list, assign
tasks to certain days and be realistic about
how much time is needed for each task.
Back to back meetings are exhausting. Talk
with your team about instituting a "15
minute rule" between meetings to refresh
the body and mind and to help maintain
focus.
If you lose focus during the day, try working
in 30, 60 or 90 minute intervals. After each
interval, change your body position and take
a short break. This will do wonders for your
energy and focus.
