Dear Editor, Last week on the twenty-fifth of April, my great Aunt Pheobe had a terrible fall at Kingsley Supermarket. It was dreadfully awful to hear this for me, as I was at work. However, luckily a lovely young lady happened to be near my Aunt and helped her to her feet, leading her to a nearby bench. She informed the guards standing at the door that she fell but quickly dashed off in hurry, said one of the guards. Rushing her to the hospital was no problem since she had medical aid, making it easy for an ambulance to come and pick her. Unfortunately, she sprained her ankle and wrist and had few bruises. Surprisingly, she said she was in no pain, because when she was young she used to climb trees and get bruises plenty of times. We have not found this young lady who helped us, but we are so grateful for the little she did to make my great aunt noticed. Kingsley Supermarket is the one the best in this tow but he ramp at the supermarket is rather steep and not proportional; that is where Phoebe fell. Sadly this ramp causes many injuries and should be fixed. I have heard many stories about people getting injuries from it. It would be nice if Kinsley Supermarket kindly fixes the ramp to stop people from being injured. Thank you. Yours Faithfully, Anne
